Channeling Erik

As much as I hesitate to post anything remotely political, I know the Universe put it out there for me to ask for a reason so here goes. Note that Erik includes himself as a United States citizen still, so you’ll see him use “we” rather than “you all” or “you.” I don’t know why, but that surprised me a little, perhaps because he really doesn’t “live” in the U.S. anymore. Anyway, here goes. Please be gentle and don’t shoot the messenger (gulp).

Channeling Transcript

Me: Will the U.S. retain its superpower status or will it collapse financially or otherwise? A lot of people want to know that.

Jamie: Will what?

Me: The United States, uh—

Jamie: —Keep its, I’m sorry, he  keeps interrupting!

Me: Well, here, I’ll let him talk! What do you want to say, Sweetie?

Jamie (laughing): Oh, he’s just harassing me.

We both giggle.

Me: Will the U.S. retain its superpower status and its ability to help others or will it eventually collapse?

Erik: It’ll eventually collapse.

Me: Oh, wow. Timeframe?

Erik: It’s not an overnight thing and it’s not a rumbling thing. It’ll just gently lose power. We’re always seen as the place to gain more freedom. It’s always going to do its best to focus on the people.

Me: Okay.

Erik: But you’ll find that, uh, it’s a financial thing, because we’ll find ourselves so in debt that we can’t keep up. Where it’s going to fall apart is as we give away our resources to allow other people to do this work or that work. Outsourcing. One day we’ll wake up and we don’t have anything left to supply ourselves and the other countries will realize they have us paralyzed.

Me: Oh, no!

Erik: Yeah, and we won’t be financially able to back it up. Some of it has already happened. The Depression—

Jamie: And he puts up his finger.

Erik: NOT the recession. That was a Depression and it was greater than the one in the 1920s.

Me: Wow!

Erik: But the goddamn marketing likes to treat us like babies; they put blindfolds on us just to try to make us be happy.

Me: So will this all create some sort of national security problem? Will we be taken over by another country? Will there be chaos and panic in the streets?

(Long pause)

Erik: Nope. No takeover.

Pretty short answer for such a long pause!

Me: So, maybe some good will come out of it! Maybe we’ll lose some of our arrogance, at least on the part of our government.

Erik: Yes! And our love for material possessions at the expense of the spiritual. Material stuff isn’t bad unless it displaces love and compassion and other spiritual things.

Me: Okay, good!

Erik: But the one thing that will continue is the entertainment business. The U.S. will still be king of the hill there.

Jamie listens to Erik for a while, then asks him: I wonder. Are we really?

Erik: Yeah, especially in movies.

Me: Well, will we still have our freedoms? Will we still be “The Land of the Free?”

Erik: We’ll still have freedom, but not all of the resources that we’ve grown used to. So, the choices will be narrowed, but we’ll still have choice.

Me: Okay. So no more questions like “paper or plastic?” Oh, I have this one concern from a blog member who’s heard rumors that scores of Americans will be rounded up in vans and boxcars and then will be killed. There’s some government involvement of some sort. Something about the government. Supposedly, there are already a whole bunch of federal detention centers all over the country poised and waiting to be filled. Will that happen (gulp)?

Erik: Mom, you can’t do that to a whole country!

Me: No, not ALL Americans! Stanley, the blog member who’s been a part of the channeling Erik family from the very beginning, voices considerable concern that some groups will be rounded up, kind of like an American Holocaust.

Erik (giggling): I LOVE Stanley, but sometimes he gets a little too worried. It’s like when we put our finger on something, it triggers him to be more alert. He gets triggered to get alert about certain things. But what’ll happen is just the financial breakdown. We’re ants. No person in power wants to take the time to smash ants. We’re the worker bees, and there’s not that kind of life or death war happening on our territory. It’s all about resources. The scariest thing coming is—

Jamie (chuckling): He’s kind of backtracking.

Erik (with sarcasm): Damn, this is just a conversation of JOY!!

Me (in mock placation): I know, Baby, but well get to some fun stuff in a minute! Wait for it…wait for it…

Erik: If you really want to talk about scary stuff, let’s talk about how fragile we are as a human race. We’ve relied so much on Internet, on food being in the grocery stores, and that all you have to have is money to get your food.

Me: Uh huh.

Erik: Well that exchange is gonna break down. It’s not gonna break down for years and years—

Jamie (to Erik): Wait. (pause) Do you— Okay, okay.

Erik: It WILL break down like within the next two to three years, but it won’t break down for years at a time.

(At this point, I’m making a huge mental grocery list. Best to be prepared.)

Erik: One month, even just one month of not being able to do that is scary for a lot of people. Just think of the people who’ll starve!

Me: Oh no!

Erik: There’ll be mass suffering. Even if the Internet goes down, think of the companies that’ll be paralyzed, people who can’t function. What we have to tell people is, yeah, this is nice, but you need to learn how to run your company, access your money, run your household and do everything else without a computer, without electricity—

Me: Learn how to survive off the grid!?

Erik: Off the grid. That’s where people need to be.

Jamie listens to Erik for a long time, then says: He tells me he’s so sure about it, not because of internal wars or because of 2012—

Me: Um hm.

Erik: No, the magnetic poles in the earth combined with the solar flare-ups—these can easily shift; these subtle electromagnetic frequencies can damage our equipment, cause headaches, stomachaches and misery, and the solar flares can heat up and damage our satellite systems, and there we are, simple as that! Paralyzed as a world.

Me: Wow. So what resources are going to be scarcer? Everything? Food, money, that sort of thing?

Erik: Yeah.

Me: So maybe this will help us become empowered as individuals and as communities. Maybe this will be a wonderful lesson to learn that scarcity is an illusion and that together, we can break down that fictitious wall for ourselves and others in the spirit of love, cooperation and compassion. That’ll be a huge test for us, huh? No more “paper or plastic?” The real choice will be “Love or fear?”

Erik: Bingo.

Me: Well, I guess there’ll be some down time for the blog. Oh, sadness. I just hope humanity chooses the path of Love and abundance.

Erik: Yep, it’ll all work out. It’ll all be okay.

A quick announcement: Today, I finished asking all of the questions intended for the first book and will start cutting, pasting, sorting, compiling and, well, basically untangling it into a respectable book form.

Oh, and a few hours after the end of the session, I received a (very rare) email from Jamie. Remember that the Erik she knows and sees is the one who comes into her center during the sessions. (Although she also claims he visits to help with the sessions for other clients or just to make a nuisance of himself.) She sees him in an almost-solid form, but she’s never truly known what he looked like in “life.”

when i hung up erik wanted me to look at the blog. i have only been there three times. i have read it twice. i feel the more i distance myself from it the better the readings will be. maybe that is just me:) but there is a link you have called media gallery. i feel like i have seen a ghost…….. that video of erik singing….. OMG that is so how his mouth moves. the sound of his voice etc…. wow i am actually a little freaked out how “real” he is.

and the other photos…. how sweet you have shared this with everyone.

Erik is here again…..

he says he wanted me to see photos of him.

i guess he trusts me now huh?:)

i am so touched he made me sit down and look.

thanks you  elisa for all you do.

With Love and Light,

Jamie Butler

An hour or two later, she sends a second email:

i just saw there are more videos and photos..

i am in tears.

wow

With Love and Light,

Jamie Butler

It must give a psychic medium such a sense of acknowledgement and confirmation that the spirit they channel is actually the same one that inhabited a body on earth. Pretty cool!

I brought up the idea of her offering email readings. This would entail you submitting questions by email to her. Generally, this is much less expensive and would be more convenient for our members who live outside of the United States. Would that interest any of you?

Now, for those of you who haven’t done so yet, please browse through the Media Gallery. If you memorize the sound of Erik’s voice, you can channel him pretty easily, being that he’s such a chatterbox! (Sorry Erik, but you are.) It just takes a little practice every night. If any of you HAVE successfully channeled Erik, share your secrets with the rest of the class!

Wow-glad I caught up here. Before Keith died, he was speaking in terms of tribes. We had broken up in 2009 and it was nasty (like I had a restraining order on him). That said, 2009 was a bad year for both of us in that each of us put faith in people that did not have our best interests at heart. We realized that to live in these complex times you need to live with people who understand you and have common goals, you don’t have to agree with them but you must respect their value. TRIBES-thankfully I found the CE tribe. Then I have been traveling to Cassadaga where I found others familar with this Tribe concept. Cabana Boys would be an awesome addition as would cocktails.

That’s right, cocktails dammit! Well, we might have to have a vineyard and a big grape stomping vat!

My husband and I have been talking about joining a commune for the past couple of years. And I’ve suddenly developed this incredible cooking skill! I think my guides or angels are involved in the cooking or I’m a really late bloomer;) We have gone to local and organic meats and produce and eat almost nothing processed. I started growing vegetables at home last year and have planted some things already this year – the weather has been a challenge here in the midwest. I’m going to try canning with a girlfriend soon – hopefully soon enough to stock up for the coming changes. My only worry is medication to keep my RA at bay but I’ll come up with some plan for that too. And Elisa I’m going to be stocking up on coffee too – there are just some things I can’t quite give up:) Boy I’m sorry I sold my mother’s farm a few years ago – well water and forty acres – who knew I’d want it back!

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

@elizabeth, I just bought an illustrated book on all the edible plants in North America, how to prepare/cook them, etc. Just in case. (wink)

    Hi Stevel,
I dont know where you live..its early to transplant tomato seedlings outdoors here yet. I space mine about 18″ apart..and once they get about a foot tall, I start staking them…tie them gently to a tall stake..and keep adding ties as they grow. Or you can get what is called “determinate” varieties that only get 2-3′ tall. The others get much taller and require support. I like the old varieties best..but keep trying new ones. Cant have summer without Matoes!!!!!

  • iola

Steve l..I forgot….i use lots of compost mixed in b4 planting, and sprinkle time release fertilizer granules..then mulch good to keep weeds down and soil moist. Good harvest to ya!

Yes I do have his book and have read most of it. It is expensive but I got it for much less. A few years back he gave us newsletter subscribers a good deal on his books. At one time it was also free to read on the internet. I had it downloaded but since then my computer has crashed a few times. I am going to see if I can bring up my old computer and maybe it’s still downloaded their. If it is I will try to send it to you.

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

No worries. I subscribed to his newsletter so I’ll hope for the same thing. Thanks though!

  • nikki

This is such a fun post! We may have to continue it over at the forum so we can keep adding our ideas for the CE community.
Cocktails go on the “must have” list. Which means we need musicians for fun happy hours. I do have more to offer than party planning believe it or not (like, geeking accounting skills) :)

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Hey, I’m an uber geek (my kids will attest to this) so the more power to us, huh, Nikki?

    Hi Elisa,

I’m emailing Jamie this weekend. Thank you for the address!!! Regarding death, what scares me most is the way I’m going to die. Actually, not only me but every other living thing around me. Do we really need to go through a horredous death just to learn a lesson? Is it the only way our souls have to learn whatever they’re supposed to learn? I’ve been asking myself that question for a long time. It puzzles me that most of us come here with all our memories of the other side (source) erased, at the mercy of unknown forces that will eventually drive us where our soul feels comfortable no matter if it means a painful death or a miserable life.

    Mucho amor,

    Nancy

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

If only we could learn to see the joy in misery. I’m sure there are some who are so enlightened they can.

  • Jen

    Hi everyone,
I’ve been reading the blog for a very long time and read the daily blog every night before I go to bed but this is the first time I’ve commented. First, I want to start out by saying how much I enjoy this blog/site and especially admire the strength and hard work that Elisa puts into this everyday. I have been through a very tough loss and the spiritual beliefs I have about what happens to us after we die, is what has gotten me through this. All of the questions I’ve always had about the other side are finally getting answered thanks to the channeling sessions with Erick, so thank you so much for sharing this with everyone and letting us all experience it with you, Elisa. I have to admit after reading this post last night, I entered a bit of panic. I’ve been hearing about this “shift” that is supposed to happen soon and now that I’ve read these details, I can say I’m not looking forward to it. I have two young children and I worry about them suffering (starving, etc.), I realize that a lot of good can come out of it but I am still worried. I hope that everything will be ok…

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Jen, I posted a bit about that in today’s post. I hope it makes you feel better!

  • Denise

I do agree that sometimes this type of information comes to our attention so we can work on correcting it or at least diminishing its effect. Kind of like Y2K…if no one had spoken up we would not have had time to correct the problem.

  • Paul Conklin

    Dear Jen,

Please don’t fear my dear friend. I was told as much by our local universe Mother Spirit Nebadonia. She told me not to succumb to fear and panic. For this will actually be mankind’s finest hour. There will be so many heros that appear at that time. We will finally rediscover that true wealth lies on the inside.

Look at the masses that are right now suffering interminably. They have to fight just to have one meal a day. They have to fight to have one drink of water that is not contaminated. Many of these ones have no job and no future. Many of these ones have no home. What we see on the earth is largely man made. There are a wealth of resources that the entire human family can enjoy right now, save for a few elitists that greedily insist that most of these resources must be in their hands and let mankind be damned.

What a lot of people do not know is that there is a spirit entity that surrounds our planet. She is known as Gaia, Urantia, mother earth, etc. This spirit entity is the planetary supreme. She has recorded every event since coming here in ancient times. She has been recording every thought, word and action of every human since we became a will planet almost one million years ago.

What is happening now is that the raping and pillaging of humans and the raping and pillaging of our earth have consequences. The greedy ones that are raping and pillaging the earth to fill their own bottomless coffers are actually hurting themselves more than they are hurting others. For such actions they must pay and they may never recover from those actions.

Mother earth or the planetary supreme is going through a cleansing process. All things that are out of balance and unstable shall be cleaned up. This of necessity will cause certain upheavals and cataclysms. But what seems to be catastrophic will work for our eternal good here on planet earth. These cataclysms will serve to wake mankind up to the true treasures that lie within their hearts and minds.

We have been brought together for a purpose in my opinion. We have been brought together to be the shelter against the coming storm. We can change this world with the help of the Father within to a world of endless peace and harmony. We can change this world to a world of unconditional love and compassion. We have this power my friends. There is nothing to fear.

So dear Jen, I will pray for you. Fear not as our master has told us on many occasions. This coming storm will be mere blip on the radar screen. A mere blink on the eternal slice that we call the eternal now. All these things too shall pass. And what will be the aftermath? A cleansed earth and a cleansed humanity poised to change this world into a jewel that sparkles endlessly throughout the cosmos.

    Love,
    Paul

  • LaurenF

Hi everyone! (In regards to this post): So, a few weeks ago I prayed and asked for help in finding my soul’s purpose in this life, as I just feel as there is something I “need” to be doing, I just know it, but don’t know what it is. Later that day I was in a book store and this book was literally the only book sticking half way off the shelf. I went to shove it in line w/ the other books and happened to read the name. The name of it is “Finding My Soul Purpose”. I got chills and thanked God and my angels/guides, or anyone else that led me to this book. So I bought the book and what I’ve read so far, talks about exactly what Erik says will happend, living off land, no internet, etc. The author is a “lightworker”/intuitive, and says that only other lightworkers can really understand what she writes about. The book was written 4 years ago, and she says that all the lightworkers on earth now, have all agreed to come to earth during this time period, to help and be a part of the “New World” that is to come. She talks about how money will mean nothing, we will all live in communities where we will all need each other and our own unique gifts will all play a part in this new world. Whatever talents and gifts we possess, will be needed. The lightworkers will be the ones to help ease people into this shift. That’s why in the last few years, something inside lightworkers sparked, and it’s as if our souls are preparing us for this shift. I’ve only just begun the book, and can’t wait to read more. I’m just amazed at the coincidence of reading this post after not being on here in a while, and at the same time be reading this awesome book I feel I was “led” to read. But like Erik and Jason have said, there are no such things as coicidences…Hmmmmmm, I wonder what my unique gift will be in this new world. Sounds like most of the blog members that have posted on this topic have had some sort of sign that something is about to happen. Maybe we WERE all brought together for a purpose. Maybe WE are all lightworkers. Well Elisa, I’m in the northwest area of Houston, so if there is a day we can’t communicate online, then maybe we’ll meet up and help keep each other’s spirits up. It does get lonely out there when no one believes what we all believe here, and without each other to blog with and to encourage each other spiritually. I couldn’t imagine a “new world community” and having no one in it that had the same beliefs that I do. How would little ole me help to encourage anyone to have faith, and to help shift others vibrations. We’d need a flock of us to do that. It’s funny, how in the last 2 or 3 years I’ve complained so much about how things aren’t “simple” anymore, electronics run our life. And how I would love to have my family live in a place w/ no t.v.s, computers, video games, etc. and we’d just all enjoy each other and “need” each other again. I wonder if those thoughts were some “sparks” from my soul preparing me for this “new world”. Guess we just have to wait and see. Love you all!

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Yay, we need to meet up, Lauren F. You should come to one of our Friday get togethers with my family and Robert.

  • Jane

Hi Jen I too have a child and can’t fathom watching him suffer or starve. We struggle as it is and we are lucky enough to have supportive family members.
I hope you will look at the links i posted above for Transition Towns and Intentional communities. And one thing that helped me was recalling that Erik said the collapse and lack of electricity would not go on for years and years. It sounds like it’s a re-organizing rather than a complete disaster. More than anything I guess we are going to have to make a choice every moment to live in love and not fear. To reject fearful future scenarios b/c they are just images in our mind that we don’t have to own, we can reject them and know that we have the power to take steps to help ourselves. Maybe others here have good ways to avoid being paralyzed by fear and anxiety (that is a problem i have.) I would say take everything step by step and realize that there are limitless possibilities and we can make the transition a positive one with no-one being harmed. Especially since so many people will be turning to the ideas of mutuality, love, interdependence, and compassion instead of “dog-eat-dog.”

Thank you Paul for that most recent post, that really made me feel better.

  • Jane

P.S. Elisa I would NEVER call reading medical journals a waste of time! We will need genius doctors MOST when the electricity goes out and we’re living with candles and generators and who knows, some kind of modern hacker-created telegraph message system lol!

  • Nancy Antia

    Hi Elisa and friends,

Why don’t you all come to Argentina and we build the commune here? Argentina is beautiful, has all climates, plenty of water, mountains, valleys, prairies, lakes, sea, etc and… is very near Brazil. I don’t know who cabana boys are but I suppose you’re talking about brazilians. Are you???

    Mucho amor para todos,
    lots of love for everybody,

    Nancy

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Haha, Nancy, good idea. I guess we should do that before the grid comes down unless we want to paddle there in canoes!! Is land expensive there?

  • Nancy Antia

Elisa, I don’t have the slightest idea about how expensive land could be here but I can always find out. I guess the best places must be expensive as it is everywhere around the world. The good news though is one american dollar buys four argentine pesos or so. That’d make everything a lot cheaper for you than it’s for us. Well, for us I mean the ones who earn our salaries or wages in argentine currency. There are two argentinas at least; one lives with pesos and the other has dollars and/or euros. Oh! Elisa, don’t make me talk, please! I may say an inconvenience here. You know, my politics… :)
Talking seriously, I really mean it. I think we should all live here. We should choose a safe place, maybe up the hills somewhere. Why don’t you come in spring or summer and see if you like it here. You’re all invited!

    Mucho amor

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

One day I will! This year is pretty booked, but maybe next year and I can see my relatives in Bogota!

  • Tracy Lamont

    Hi everyone,
Haven’t checked in for a few days so have just read this post and all its comments for the first time. It made me smile that Erik’s telling us to prepare for the breakdown of society as we know it and some of the blog members are sharing their gardening tips so that we can at least feed ourselves!
We are so used to instant gratification in our 24/7 world, but you really only have to go back 20 or 30 years or so to remember what it was like to have to wait for something. New potatoes were a luxury in springtime as were strawberries etc. Shops closed on Sundays, (they still do in The Outer Hebrides in Scotland). Now we get whatever we want whenever we want it. I guess it’s true that the meek really will inherit the Earth because they know how to grow food and fend for themselves in societies where monetary currency is worthless.
Well, can’t sit here on the laptop all day, gotta get out there and plant some potatoes! (Actually, if I sneak out after dark, I can dig up some the farmer planted already in the field beside me.)
Living in Scotland I’ve never had the luxury of a 24/7 lifestyle. However, the internet has compensated for my rural locality. It doesn’t matter if I can’t buy it in Inverness because I have the world at my fingertips. Books recommended by fellow bloggies are a few key presses away…….and, of course, there’s you guys. My friends around the world. Yep, the internet will be a real loss to me. You’ll never be able to see my smoke signals from here!

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Well we’re just going to have to build a great big canoe.

  • Tracy Lamont

BTW just watched that Michael J video on you tube re,’another part of me’. Hadn’t noticed the words before.
He also did Earth Song, you’ll remember. Truly an enlightened soul (from another planet, like you, Elisa!)

Our dear Nancy – (I address you as “dear” because I believe s/he that visits and participates in this blog has been sent to join; it’s no mere coincidence that we show up here)
No doubt you’ve read my troubled offerings on the subject of quantum physics: From having visited your most beautiful country, the silver land, the Argentine Republic – I’m intrigued by the idea of land for us on the Argentine pampas. Where do you think it’s appealing? This is serious like a heart attack…

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Wow, Patrick, you’re full of sorpresas!!! Yo quiero irme a Argentina tambien, entonces, si tienes ganas de ir, llamame!

  • James

Hey there, I’m a new member (of sorts) and I’ve been reading the many posts on the site for a while. Lately, I’ve been in a emotional/mental funk since I’ve been focusing on my mortality. I’ve felt really scared and stuff, but this site has been really reassuring and uplifting to read and I grateful for it.

Now, I haven’t commented on any of the other posts and didn’t feel like I needed to, but this one has moved me to. I have to be frank: this is really scary stuff we’re talking about. Now in the grand scheme of things, it seems pretty trivial, but still. I’m something of a tech nerd and I’m really really plugged in. Now, that’s not to say I haven’t gone without it at times, I’ve gone on a multitude of backpacking trips without any technology, so I know it isn’t the end of the world. Now, I have a simple question: can some of this be avoided? I don’t like the helpless feeling of being subject to your fate without any control? Is there anything we as human beings can do to prevent this without society completely going back to basics. That’s not to say the lessons won’t be learned, but that it could be gentler and less dramatic?

Sorry, just a 20 yr. old tech geek worried about this stuff.

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Of course it can be avoided, and the way Erik describes it, at least, it won’t be dramatic and cataclysmic—just periodic. But feeling the fear over it might attract it into our reality even more, given the fact that thought truly does create reality. My nurse, Betty Jo, spent 30 some odd years so worried about developing colon cancer that she got my parents (both doctors) and eventually me (when I took over the practice) to screen her for it regularly–even when she was in her 20s!! Well, eventually, she died from colon cancer several years after I sold the practice and devoted myself to charity medicine. It seems like the energy we convert to matter with consciousness, the Universe, whatever you want to call it, interprets thoughts literally, so every night, I think positive thoughts like Humanity is safe, I am well, My family is well, We have abundance, rather than Humanity WILL be safe, etc. The last phrase puts humanity in the constant state of being safe in the future rather than now.

  • James

Alright, I see. Well, I guess I need to just work hard, have good thoughts, and do what I can to improve the world in my own way. By the way, on the topic of the breakdown of monetary economic breakdown, I found an interesting article on the internet about a transition from a monetary based socio-economic system to a resource based. Very interesting.

This just made my cry. I love this country so much, but everyone has given up on the American spirit. I feel so angry at our congress not helping us get out of debt (why don’t THEY take a major pay cut)? We ARE selling ourselves out to other countries. They own us now. This made me cry because I feel Erik is correct and it’s the first time I’ve heard a channeling session tell it like it is and not tiptoe around the “issue” We are losing our standing in the world economy and opening ourselves up to other countries control. The culprit: GREED, this is our sin as a country. Edgar Cayce said it in the 1940′s if you read his work.
Get your garden’s together, your non GM seeds, learn to can and pay off your debt. We need to become more of a country of brotherly love!

I agree with your every word, Heather. Hopefully, this is the pain we need to go through to understand that greed is fear based and love trumps fear/greed every time.

: Can we correct our nations karma with out as much damage to the individuals?
Who knows, I believe this is being done on purpose by the “powers that be” the Rothchilds, the Bush’s, the Clintons ect.
Republicans -Democrats- their all power hungry, self serving jerks.
Who cares anymore which “party” your voting for. Quit fighting other Americans over your “party”. Thats just another way of being a sheep. Speak up for your OWN brand of government. Stop keeping quite and going with the flow. We are being held down as a people.
I am just a 41 year old women average all around. I hated the thought that our own government was working against us. That my country wasn’t as honorable as I thought. I have started to ask questions and research on-line. Strangely, I have started to see a pattern between the world economic failure, the Euro, our very own federal reserve bank, the bible. It is shocking. Like have you ever wondered what is being put in that flu shot that I get every year? Do you trust it? Should you? Start to ask questions and speak up!!!
Americans are not sheep. We are the pioneers, it is in our blood. They can’t take this away from us! Don’t wait for your government to tell you what to do or how to live. They have failed us.

I couldn’t agree more. We’re being led astray by an elitist oligarchy of corrupt politicians who are in bed with unions, (some) big corporations, and big Pharma, etc. Don’t they understand that they are our employees? Their attitude disgusts me. Why do they have to have an elevator man push buttons for them? Why do they fly around in private jets? Why did Obama have to take all his chefs and a larger entourage than the Queen’s when he went to London? Power corrupts the greedy. And you know why it’s easy for them to do that? Because the Americans have become sheep. No one wants to be accountable for anything they do. They want someone else to pay for their mistakes and Big Brother is eager to do that for votes.

Do you know that our past Presidents (way back) used their own money, while in the White House. Some would leave the office in debt! I think that if the American people are struggling, then the people in office should take a pay cut and help morally support us. Besides we are in a DEPRESSION, hello. Quit trying to hide it from us with bells and whistles.
Elisa- I would love to have Erik talk more about why this is happening. Are we moving towards a better government or a better way of living; where people are more caring and concerned with each other, and not so consumer/competition driven. What is the lesson? What is the time-frame in Earth years? What about the future of other countries?
Are we all moving towards the greater good, or is Hell about to brake loose (literally). It all feels so biblical to me. I sense something is coming and it makes me scared not to know if it is friend or foe.

Everything that happens is good. It all gets us to where we need to be, learning the lessons we need to learn. After all, we’re eternal beings, so what’s the worse that can happen? I think what we’re going to see is a shift from corrupt oligarchies lead by greed and power mongering to governments led by love and sanity, but it’s going to take us–the citizens–to insist upon that. We usually think our politicians are supposed to be great role models for the public, but I think WE need to role model integrity and personal responsibility for them. If I remember correctly, Erik said this is the chaos we need to find our way into the Light.

I am confuse a bit. I don’t feel that the destruction has to happen. I was also told that this thing the we see as a shift, based on what we believe. So If you think we are going to blow up the earth then that is what you will experience. I believe that we can become more peaceful and loving and still have technology. What does Erik think?

Stacey, in other posts he describes it in more detail. It won’t be a doomsday destruction kind of thing. It’ll be more of a perceptual, dimensional shift. Sure, we’ll have a few solar flares, crazy weather, earthquakes, but nothing that spells the end of Mother Earth.

All come to Australia, lots of land here! My husbands been saying this to me for years, he’s itching to become self sufficient! Looks like we really must get those seeds planted.. I would like to suggest a book you will all resonate with and hopefully benefit from reading NTFK (No Time For Karma) its a free ebook by Paxton Robey, He has a web site too. He’s another very wise light worker that talks about whats to come, heaven and our life’s purposes, I couldn’t stop reading it, but he does say after the shifts and changes great peace will soon follow.
Remember to not buy into fear; generate love and know that this is what we signed up for on our life’s journey on earth, think love and good will and it will return.. ultimately, we’re all here to get an education but this isn’t home, we need to do what we can to look after the earth, ourselves and those in our communities but sadly most of us don’t do that yet, me included, but the change will bring people back together, we must work hard to not come from a place of fear..
We have the spiritual strength behind and in front of us to move mountains. Change has to come, the way we have been living, mistreating our planet and the control we have been under has to end, balance will be restored, but I don’t think it will be death and destruction, just change.
