Channeling Erik

Sorry this post is a bit short, but I’ve just arrived in Los Angeles to help my sister, Teri, catch up with all the things she’s not been able to do since she slipped on a Sequoia cone and broke her arm badly. Next post will be about forgiveness. We often have trouble forgiving, not only others, but ourselves as well, so this should touch the hearts and minds of many.

And now, a bit about the healing qualities of color and sound.

Channeling Transcript

Me: Are there special sounds for healing, Erik? Oh, and do colors heal?

Erik: Yes and yes.

Me: Okay.

Erik: Sounds do heal, vibrational healing. Look it up. What about that song that you here for the first time, and it just kinda lifts you up or brings you to tears.

Me: Yeah, sure.

Erik: It can trigger memory recall which can help heal, and it also trigger, um, well, back up, because sound is the deepest form of healing, because it moves straight through the body. It’s like in—

Jamie (chuckling): All right, Erik. I knew that, too! Massage, because I used to do massage therapy, and he said, just like with massage, the deepest form of massage isn’t the pressure points where they lay into you, crawl up onto the table, but it’s where they rap and beat on the body called tapotement (sp?) because it sends a vibrational element through the muscles, going further into the body when they use vibration, the rapping and the tapping.

Me: Ah! I see.

Erik: So, yeah, that’s how sound heals. It works on a cellular level.

Me: Okay.

Erik: It kind of attunes the body; it takes the vibrational element that’s out of balance, gives it a structure and kind of guides it along and color. Color has an energy wave to it. You can sit on it, lie on it, be around it to make you feel better. Also, if you like the looks of it, the chemistry in your body responds to it. It actually releases certain chemicals that brings along peace, wholeness, and helps you heal faster.

Me: Are there colors we have yet to see?

Erik: Ah, wait until you die!

Me: Oh boy, I can imagine. That’s what I’ve heard.

Erik: But let our listeners, um, our friends know that it’s so important for their environment to be attractive for them.

Me: Yeah.

Erik: You know, if they don’t like the way it’s organized, they need to fix it.

Me: Exactly.

Erik: If they don’t like the color of the walls, they need to change it.

Enjoy tomorrow night-I suggested my friend Toni from Topanga go-i love what Erik said about changing your place up-as as far as the sounds I think there is a lot to that-each of the chakra’s has a note associated with it-it certainly makes sense that we can be off key just like a piano

I’d like to note that I’ve had 2 separate psychics able to channel Erik and they both emphatically suggested that I repaint my sons room. The color in his room is a turquoise blue and it’s just too “loud” for sons temperement. I was told to paint it a neutral color like brown or tan. No I haven’t done it yet….I’ve known this for a few months now.

What a, yes short, but so sweet post. Sound is so very healing. I use a set of tuning forks and a rose quartz on the meridian and reflexology points – have received awesome feedback from it.

Also I have had Betar sessions – which was beyond this world in experience (read about it http://www.spiritemergenceoftaos.com/Betar.html). It brings music to every cell in the body – to me it felt like I became the music. I have done it 4 times this past year and wish I owned one. Highly recommend it!

I wish I was closer to Santa Monica! Enjoy!

    Love, Madeline

Totally get what Erik is saying. I have long used music and colour as therapy.

Music in particular is a good tool for working through any problems. How many of us listen to certain songs/pieces of music dependent on our mood and find that it either lifts us, or fills us with emotions which need to be dealt with. Either way, the music has a healing effect on the mind, body and soul.

And colour is so important. If I’m having a ‘down day’, I always wear bright, vibrant colours. They just make me feel so much better.

Neil, my husband has always been one for wearing your standard blacks/browns/greys etc….(man colours!) When we lost Adam he found it hard to get his confidence back at work – and as he is a director of a company, a lot of people rely on him. So, I took him to the shops one day as I was trying to sell my colour therapy idea to him. He went with it and chose several shirts and sweaters in varying shades of vibrant blue and warm reds. He said he instantly felt better in them.

Now, on his ‘not-so-good’ days, I’ve noticed he’ll wear his brighter coloured clothing to boost his moods.

You should see us a night out! We’re a right pair of dandies!!

    Hello,

I do find sounds and colors do help heal. When I meditate I have this one sound track I use that really helps me get into the grove and keep my ADHD mind on task long enough to do a little meditation.

As for colors, I have two, but Green is right at the top. And thanks to nature, green is seen all over the place. There is this part a few blocks away, Well, a bit farther now since I moved, but anyway it’s set back from the street a ways so toward the back you can hear the birds chirping and such as the sun starts to come up. Very relaxing.

Indigo blue is the other (I can hear the Indigo jokes now…lol) but it’s true. That shade just does something for me. The Sodalite crystal I wear all the time is the same Indigo blue. It’s just a calming color to me like green is. Anyway, that’s my two cents at the moment.

Hope everyone going to the meeting tonight at 7pm have a lot of fun. Hopefully when I get more settled and can save up I can make it to one of the meets. Look forward to reading about how the meet went if anyone posts pictures of video later. Take care. :)

Liz mentioned the HBO documentary about “Aunt Diane” over in the discussion section-I watched it last night and it is facinating-if you have time tonight it would be great if you could ask Erik how she is and what happened

  • Jane

Madeline, very interesting information, thanks for sharing! At first i thought the link said “Spirit emergence of tacos” though lol!

Erik is the best. So nice to hear his voice, so to speak.

Sending healing vibes to your sister Teri. Will be keeping her in my prayers.

It is interesting how music will enhance your mood. Like if I just want to cry, I can play some sad songs and they will get it out of me. If I want to uplift my mood, I’ll put on some dance music. And my favorite thing about church is the praise and worship music…it is very uplifting. I don’t care for the angry music…you can tell it has a lower vibration to it.

I was observing my 8 month old nephew Taylen earlier today and my mom said he loves the commercials (he’ll stop whatever he is doing to watch them)…especially the cereal ones or ones with the bright colors…and I said he likes the vibrations of them. :)

Thanks Amy for the info. about Aunt Diane, I’ll have to check that out.

This also reminded me of Robert Monroe and Hemi-Sync. I have one of those meditation cd’s and haven’t listened to it all yet. I think I’m going to have to dig that thing out now and listen to it.
