As you know, I often revisit subjects with Erik to see if he has learned additional information and to see if his messages vary from channel to channel. Enjoy, and have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

Channeling Transcript

Me: On the subject of reincarnation, do animals come back as animals, plants come back as plants and humans come back as humans, or —

Jeannie: That’s a really interesting question. Wow.

Me: I know, but for some reason, I’ve gotten different answers, so I’m very confused about it.

Jeannie: This is the angel talking. She steps in when Erik isn’t quite sure of the answer.

Angel: Animals have a soul a lot like a person does so when one is attracted to certain animals, there is a significance there. It’s all energetic. It’s all energy. So, they can come back as animals or they can come back as a person.

Me: Hmm!

Angel: If one find oneself drawn particularly to an animal, almost understanding that animal, such as a horse whisperer, perhaps they were, at one time, that species.

Me: Interesting! Alright, what color are you, Erik?

Erik: Are you talking about the color of the light?

Me: Yeah. You energy, aura, colors, I don’t know.

Erik: It’s green and gold. Green means heart or love energy and gold signifies light and God. The angel next to me is all gold, and that’s what I hope to become, too.

Me: Well, I know you’re well on your way, Sweetie. Oh, and I want to jump back to the spiritual basis for disease, because I forgot to ask about obesity. You know, there’s so much obesity in the world now. Why is that? What’s the spiritual basis for it?

Erik: I really like these questions about health, Mom. I’d like to, at some point, help you in your work, like bring some humor and healing in.

Me: Okay!

Erik: That’s what I’m learning a lot about. Now on obesity, it can be from different things. Sometimes it’s karmic. Let me give you an example of someone I know. At one time, she was like a Polynesian Princess, and it was part of their culture that the heavier you were, the more powerful you were. So, she carries that with her now, afraid to lose the weight.

Me: Wow, interesting!

Erik: Others have been abused, as you probably know, so the weight is a way of protecting themselves from looking too sexual. There’s always a reason, Mom, always, for that person to carry that weight. It’s all emotional.

Me: Yeah, and maybe, uh, I’m wondering if it’s like in the case of AIDS that there might be a component of a broader lesson—to teach the collective not to be prejudiced—to love unconditionally. So many people who are overweight are just treated so inhumanely, and it breaks my heart. After all, they’re souls like everyone else!

Erik: Yeah, and that also can be a reason. Some come in as overweight just for that reason and that reason only. They want to bring love and compassion into the world.

Me: I thought so. Ah, they’re sacrificing a lot.

Jeannie: Yes they are.

Me: Okay, can you tell me about Atlantis and the Bermuda Triangle? Have you learned more?

Erik: The whole Atlantis thing is fascinating, Mom. It was this place that had a whole lot of healers. They worked a lot with stones and crystals cuz they knew they held a lot of healing power and potential. You know how we were talking a minute ago about the light and the dark?

Me: Yeah.

Erik: Well, that’s what happened. There were some who kinda veered off the path. If you can think of it in terms of the Old Testament, Moses—like Moses and the Red Sea parting and then closing up. That’s kinda like what happened with Atlantis. It destroyed itself. Greed came among a lot of the people there. Still, there’s a lot who have reincarnated from Atlantis to teach us, mostly about healing.

Me: Is Atlantis somehow involved with the whole Bermuda Triangle phenomenon, all these planes and ships that go missing? What’s that all about, Erik?

Erik: It’s not related in the way you think. There is that spot on the earth—a spot of polarity. It’s energetically charged like a vortex of some sort.

Me: Interesting. That’s just what you said through Jamie. It’s so cool getting this confirmation. Now, speaking of confirmation, I’m going to ask you another question you’ve answered before just to see if you’ve picked up any more information. Do non-sentient consciousnesses like, you know, things that don’t problem solve, etc., including electrons and atoms and rocks—do they have the ability to create matter, reality.

Erik: That’s exactly what Atlantis was teaching us, too, Mom, that everything has consciousness! That’s why people heal with crystals and certain stones carrying energy.

Me: Oh!

Erik: Plants, too. Everything on the earth carries a consciousness. When you walk into a home, you can feel a unique energy, because the home sucks in the energy of everyone that has lived there, so homes even have a consciousness. Okay, so about electrons and atoms, yes, they can create a consciousness, but it needs the soul of the human to assist it.

Me: So it these can create matter, but it needs the consciousness of a soul to help?

Erik: Yeah.

Me: That’s like the theory in physics that you need an observer, I guess that’s consciousness in this case, to change a wave into a particle. That parallels with changing a thought into reality. E=mc^2. Wow. It’s all coming together. So I asked you that question before about a glass on the table seen by three observers, right?

Erik: Yeah.

Me: Do each of those observers, with their own consciousness, create their own three dimensional space with entirely different glasses? Do all sentient and non-sentient consciousnesses create their own 3-D space too, so that the reality of the glass exists in infinitely multidimensional space made up of each space created by each consciousness involved including the consciousness of atoms of the table, for instance? Then, is it defined as one glass only because we communicate that to each other? Kind of complicated!

Jeannie: Well, I understand the question, but I sure don’t know the answer!

Me: I barely understand the question, so you’re way ahead of me, Jeannie!

Erik: Can you tell I’m your son? Because sometimes I think like you! That’s pretty damn scary!

Me (laughing): Be afraid! Be VERY afraid!

Erik: I got that. And this is what they’re telling me. Yes, each person perceives it in a different way through their consciousness and their own reality.

Me: Now how do you figure in the fact that it’s made in a glass factory, then someone buys it and brings it home and sets it on the table? How does the history of the glass enter into the equation?

Erik: Again, each thing has its own consciousness, so it’s created by the sand that has its consciousness and often the humans who are working on it or with it, especially if you’re talking about a piece that’s hand-blown.

Me: But is the glass that’s made in the factory different from the glass sitting on the table?

Erik: It is, yes. Each observer sees it differently. Remember, everything flows. Everything is energy and it flows and slows down to create matter and that matter flickers in and out of existence like a ripple or a wave on top of the ocean. It’s there, it’s not there, it’s always changing. The glass is never the same from one moment to the next.

    So beauty IS in the eye of the beholder, eh, Erik?! LOL.

    I find the energy of houses interesting. I was telling Hethyrre that I’m glad we can have Reiki sessions by phone but miss our face-to-face time and parts of the sessions she doesn’t do by phone. She has a huge collection of stones and crystals, and our guides tell her to surround me with different ones during some sessions, and I find I’m drawn to them. She said, yes, not only that, but her guides had told her to move from NY to KY, and she house hunted on line, and they told her which house to buy. The house is on a street named for a stone, and she said a light worker owned the house before she did so it didn’t need any clearing.

    My new house was also owned by very spiritual people before me, and I swear my guides decided it was the house for me. When you walk in, there’s an immediate feeling of “light” and equanimity. People walk into the house, throw their arms up joyfully, and say “I LOVE this house!”

    I had a vision a long time ago of being on a space ship, and I was looking out the window, and the window had veins or “roots”, like a blood supply almost. My immediate thought was: the ship is alive. After that I was reading one of Cannon’s books, and the subject talks about being taken aboard a ship, and he says, “the ship is ALIVE.” That really resonated with me.

    Hi, everyone. A friend sent me this in an email, and I sent it in an email to Elisa, because I thought she might want to share it with the CE family. She was having trouble cutting and pasting it, though, so she asked me to post it as a comment. Here goes. Hope it works. VALUABLE info for surviving an earthquake. (UGH! the pics didn’t cut and paste. They’re invaluable. You can see the SPACE/GAP NEXT to crushed objects, because falling objects fell on TOP of them, but the objects created gaps NEXT to them; i.e. crawling under a car or being in a car, you’re crushed; next to a car, you’re in the GAP. Please check his web site.)

    In light of the earthquake in New Zealand and Japan , we should be aware of the escape route when an earthquake happens. This ‘theory’ has been proven now through repeated events and rescue evolutions. Over and over again the rescuers keep finding people alive in these triangle areas, or ‘spaces ‘adjacent to common objects.
    Let’s hope that we never have to use this knowledge but it is my intent to make sure you are at least aware of it. You just never know.

    Remember all that stuff about hiding under a table or standing in a doorway? Well, forget it! This is a real eye opener. It could save your life someday SO PAY ATTENTION!

    Where to Go During an Earthquake

    EXTRACT FROM DOUG COPP’S ARTICLE ON ‘THE TRIANGLE OF LIFE’

    My name is Doug Copp. I am the Rescue Chief and Disaster Manager of the American Rescue Team International (ARTI ), the world’s most experienced john and rescue team. The information in this article will save lives in an earthquake.

    I have crawled inside 875 collapsed buildings, worked with rescue teams from 60 countries, founded rescue teams in several countries, and I am a member of many rescue teams from many countries. I was the United Nations expert in Disaster Mitigation for two years, and have worked at every major disaster in the world since 1985, except for simultaneous disasters.

    The first building I ever crawled inside of was a school in Mexico City during the 1985 earthquake. Every child was under its desk. Every child was crushed to the thickness of their bones. They could have survived by lying down next to their desks in the aisles. It was obscene — unnecessary.

    Simply stated, when buildings collapse, the weight of the ceilings falling upon the objects or furniture inside crushes these objects, leaving a space or void next to them – NOT under them. This space is what I call the ‘triangle of life’. The larger the object, the stronger, the less it will compact. The less the object compacts, the larger the void, the greater the probability that the person who is using this void for safety will not be injured. The next time you watch collapsed buildings, on television, count the ‘triangles’ you see formed. They are everywhere. It is the most common shape, you will see, in a collapsed building.

    TIPS FOR EARTHQUAKE SAFETY

    1) Most everyone who simply ‘ducks and covers’ when building collapse are crushed to death. People who get under objects, like desks or cars, are crushed.

    2) Cats, dogs and babies often naturally curl up in the fetal position. You should too in an earthquake. It is a natural safety/survival instinct. You can survive in a smaller void. Get next to an object, next to a sofa, next to a bed, next to a large bulky object that will compress slightly but leave a void next to it.

    3) Wooden buildings are the safest type of construction to be in during an earthquake. Wood is flexible and moves with the force of the earthquake. If the wooden building does collapse, large survival voids are created. Also, the wooden building has less concentrated, crushing weight. Brick buildings will break into individual bricks. Bricks will cause many injuries but less squashed bodies than concrete slabs.

    4) If you are in bed during the night and an earthquake occurs, simply roll off the bed. A safe void will exist around the bed. Hotels can achieve a much greater survival rate in earthquakes, simply by posting a sign on the back of the door of every room telling occupants to lie down on the floor, next to the bottom of the bed during an earthquake.

    5) If an earthquake happens and you cannot easily escape by getting out the door or window, then lie down and curl up in the fetal position next to a sofa, or large chair.

    6) Most everyone who gets under a doorway when buildings collapse is killed. How? If you stand under a doorway and the doorjamb falls forward or backward you will be crushed by the ceiling above. If the door jam falls sideways you will be cut in half by the doorway. In either case, you will be killed!

    7) Never go to the stairs. The stairs have a different ‘moment of frequency’ (they swing separately from the main part of the building). The stairs and remainder of the building continuously bump into each other until structural failure of the stairs takes place. The people who get on stairs before they fail are chopped up by the stair treads – horribly mutilated. Even if the building doesn’t collapse, stay away from the stairs. The stairs are a likely part of the building to be damaged. Even if the stairs are not collapsed by the earthquake, they may collapse later when overloaded by fleeing people. They should always be checked for safety, even when the rest of the building is not damaged.

    8) Get near the outer walls of buildings or outside of them if possible – It is much better to be near the outside of the building rather than the interior. The farther inside you are from the outside perimeter of the building the greater the probability that your escape route will be blocked.

    9) People inside of their vehicles are crushed when the road above falls in an earthquake and crushes their vehicles; which is exactly what happened with the slabs between the decks of the Nimitz Freeway. The victims of the San Francisco earthquake all stayed inside of their vehicles. They were all killed. They could have easily survived by getting out and sitting or lying next to their vehicles. Everyone killed would have survived if they had been able to get out of their cars and sit or lie next to them. All the crushed cars had voids 3 feet high next to them, except for the cars that had columns fall directly across them.

    10) I discovered, while crawling inside of collapsed newspaper offices and other offices with a lot of paper, that paper does not compact. Large voids are found surrounding stacks of paper.

    Spread the word and save someone’s life…

    The entire world is experiencing natural calamities so be prepared!

    ‘We are but angels with one wing, it takes two to fly’

    In 1996 we made a film, which proved my survival methodology to be correct. The Turkish Federal Government, City of Istanbul , University of Istanbul Case Productions and ARTI cooperated to film this practical, scientific test. We collapsed a school and a home with 20 mannequins inside. Ten mannequins did ‘duck and cover,’ and ten mannequins I used in my ‘triangle of life’ survival method. After the simulated earthquake collapse we crawled through the rubble and entered the building to film and document the results. The film, in which I practiced my survival techniques under directly observable, scientific conditions , relevant to building collapse, showed there would have been zero percent survival for those doing duck and cover.

    There would likely have been 100 percent survivability for people using my method of the ‘triangle of life.’ This film has been seen by millions of viewers on television in Turkey and the rest of Europe, and it was seen in the USA , Canada and Latin America on the TV program Real TV.

    Interesting post, a bit confusing and/or thought provoking. The whole idea of “consciousness” existing in more or less everything. I guess whats most confusing is not knowing the true definition of consciousness and what it really is.
    To me, consciousness requires a certain degree of self-awareness. Many animals do not appear to be self aware in the way humans are, for example, don’t recognize their reflection and tend to exist “in the moment” without thought of the future, or recognition of cause and effect.

    Now, to suggest that inanimate objects like sand somehow have a consciousness, that become very difficult to understand. Not only how, but why. What would the purpose be for sand to hold a consciousness? How would it exist? Sand, stones, etc, have no means of observing anything.

    Now, for a human soul/consciousness to reincarnate as an animal would then exist within the confines of the thought processes of that animal? Not sure if this is a question or just me thinking out loud.

    I suppose the best way for me to understand, and I’m hoping you, Elisa, might be able to ask Erik if I’m correct in this thinking, is this…

    I’m a longtime Star Trek fan, and there is a certain episode that comes to mind while thinking about all this. It was a character called “Q” in the Next Generation series. This is a character that is more or less “omnipotent”. In an episode he talks about the realm he is from the “Q Continuum” which he describes as an endless road. The beings can do whatever they wish, become whatever they wish. One line that came to mind when reading your post was “we’ve all been the scarecrow”.

    Anyway, what I’d like to know is if this is a good way to think about consciousness existing in both animals and even inanimate objects. That its simply an opportunity for the soul/consciousness to experience that state of existence. As a human, we are not aware or in control of our “complete” selves until our biological body dies. As a grain of sand, the level of awareness must be different in some way. Or, I’m just completely off base in all this and wasted everyone’s time!

      I think there are varying degrees of consciousness–some self aware, come able to problem solve, some not–but I get the idea that all can have something to do with creating reality. Still learning though, as is Erik.

    From what Dolores Cannon has been told when she hypnotizes subjects and takes them to previous or future lives, is that spirits are stone or trees or parts of the ocean or whatever for the experience. After all, if it’s true that we’re eternal, why not? Don’t you think you’d get bored being a human for millions and millions of years? I think humans are not so advanced as we imagine them to be. We’re quite a warlike species.

    One of Cannon’s subjects claimed to be a small piece of biological material placed in a robot who said the experience was horrible; the robot did tasks of pure drudgery, and she had that experience because before that she had been a being who made the robots and wouldn’t acknowledge the life in the material.

    As far as spirits incarnating as animals and then humans or humans and then animals, Cannon has been told that spirits used to go from human carnations “backwards” to animal incarnations but no longer do, and that spirits can “graduate” from being animals to humans by doing self-sacrificial things for other animals, domonstrating that they have “heart”.

    That is really crazy about the animals and souls. I remember listening to an interview last year of a guy who claimed he was a horse in a past life. He is kind of like a horse whisperer now. Now here is the gross part, he said sometimes the mares would give him the “eye” and he would have to refrain from acting on his impulses. YUCK!!!

    But if what the angel said is true then this guy was telling the truth.

    Hello,

    A few things in this posting I would like to touch on. First on the overweight issue. I can see a few reasons as well. It strikes me funny that the junk food and such is so much less expensive than the good-for-you foods such as fruits and vegies. In my own case, I was skinny until I broke my ankle riding my bike when I was 16. That’s when I went from 190-240. But it didn’t stop there. Sitting down to think about it, my best honest guess would be that due to so much past abuse, when I was small and defenseless I was a prime target. But I noticed that in the more recent years being bigger I was less of a target to attack. Although I can say the weight gain wasn’t a set goal, it just sort of gained over the years. I guess that makes sense kind of as the abuse occured over the years. So I can totally see how someone being abused would look to be bigger as a defense. But it was also the abuse that got me into security. I wanted to learn how to protect myself from attack. But yea, I am sure the thought about those abused gaining weight for sure holds water. It’s been the case for past abused.

    About crystals, it also makes sence they they can have different effects on people and things. I can say that since I picked up a small Sodalite crystal some years ago, I find it helps with focus. At least for me anyway. Heck, there is talk that crystals have all sorts of powers out there. Couldn’t tell ya until I tried em. But makes ya wonder. That’s my two cents on this posting. :)

    I have always had a ‘thing’ for crystals and rocks—I have a smoky quartz Tibetan Crystal in my pocket right now. My past life memories usually seem to come to me when I am experiencing physical illness; maybe being sick allows my conscious mind to step aside so that my higher self or soul can communicate. (read shut-up?! ;)

    I’d like to share an experience that occurred some years ago when I was sick in bed and in that state where one is not quite awake, nor asleep. In my minds eye, I suddenly found ‘myself’ in another time and place, experiencing the most amazing healing technique. I was lying on a large crystal that was rather like an examining table. I was aware of people around me, who covered me with blanket woven of pure gold and as light as spider down. (no embarrassing hospital gown here—no, you are jus’ buck nekid) The golden cover was pulled all the way over my face, I was given a crystal to hold in each hand, they also placed crystals on what would be the main chakra points, I was surrounded by other rock/minerals and there were other crystal formations in the room as well. Gold conducts and amplifies the energies and properties of the crystals.

    As the ‘treatment’ began, I could feel the energy of the large crystal pulse through my body and it began to emit a radiant glow from within its core. I could see and sense the light and feel the healing energy emanating from this main crystal as well as the other crystals in the room. The sound was similar to running your finger along the rim of a crystal glass to make it ‘sing’. I’ve no clue what I was being treated for in that body, but I found that if I imagined myself to be experiencing the ‘crystal healing’ treatment for my current aliments, it really did help to heal me.

    I truly believe that this experience occurred during a lifetime in Atlantis. It is said that the powerful healing crystals from the Golden Age of Atlantis were hidden prior to the final destruction of Atlantis and will be found and reactivated.     I have read that we affect atoms and other particles by putting our attention on them. This to me is the consciousness aspect of particles/ objects. That liveliness is present in all things.

    In college my friend and I were taking the same math class. She couldn’t quite get some of the math problems. If I was sitting next to her (math has always been easy for me) she could easily figure them out by herself. She was the one that pointed it out to me. I had the pleasure of a first hand experience that our consciousness is interconnected throughout the universe. I have heard it referred to as the Unified Field Theory.

    I have heard before that certain crystals and such have their own energy and can ‘heal’ but I couldn’t figure it out how they could do that “on their own” NOW I get it! Since we are ‘energy beings’ stuck in a physical’ corporeal’ body (container?) we still have an emit energy as “auras’ that some can see or be detected. The crystal or other material, has it’s own energy, but cannot do anything on it’s own, it takes our energy to activate it, and act with it or even be amplified by it, Kind of like an explosive. The explosive cannot do anything by itself, it is inert, until you light a match or add the ‘catalyst’ of fire, then you get a reaction. I see this as the interaction of energies, the crystals or stones (or what ever) have their own energies, but it takes other beings (Animal or human) to have their energy work with the crystal to create a stronger ‘reaction’ or to activate the energy in the inanimate crystal. This is also known as “synergism’ one energy working on or with another to get a bigger or better result, than each individual energy could get on it’s own.

    Very cool.

    Also, I have read elsewhere about the “triangle of life’, and happen to live in the Los Angeles area, which is prone to earthquakes now and then. But I also wonder if this info would be applicable in other instances such as what just happened in Alabama with the Tornados…..just a thought.

    Great post and topics Elisa. I am in total agreement re consciousness and the energy held in houses, objects, etc.. As a realtor for the last 25 years I have always been able to walk into a home and feel the energy it contains. I believe the structure carries the energy of the materials it is made of, from the people who worked with those materials and of course the home absorbs the energy of the people and creatures who have lived there. No matter the condition of a home I can feel if it has absorbed loving energy or negative vibs. I have also experienced energy from objects, most notably “dark energy” when I opened a very old, wooden, standing armoir in an antique store. The information I received when I touched that piece of furniture was sickening. I literally ran to the other end of the store and couldn’t get away quick enough. I received a vision of very young children locked inside this cabinet who were being punished and starved to death. Just horrible.
    Re a humans soul reincarnating into an animal, plant, rock etc… why not? How great would it be to soar as a great condor over the Grand Canyon or frolic in the ocean as a whale or dolphin, the possibilities are endless–isn’t that a great thought?

    It seems you can add another “notable’ person to your list of notorious people for Erik to contact…it seems that Osama Bin Ladin has breathed his last and gone to his ‘reward” it will be interesting to hear from him, and if he has any regrets or revelations that ‘maybe’ he was wrong….? or if he still feels he was right and just needed more ‘time’

    OH! and on the toic of houses retaining energy, I was house hunting in 1990 and looked at a couple of places (condos and town homes) and when I stepped into the one I eneded up buying, it just felt so “right’ it was full of positive energy and you just walk in and go “AHHHH” =D The couple that lived there had 2 little girls and the home was obviously full of love and happiness, that the structure retained. I enjoy being there, and miss it when I’m not. It’s almost like a cocoon or something, I just feel happy and relaxed and don’t want to leave.

    Interesting, some of this consciousness clarification seems to contradict what’s been said earlier. Is this Polynesian princess someone he knows now or someone he knew on this side? Edgar Cayce also spoke of crystals that powered the energy sources for Atlantis. Supposedly a “powerhouse” was tuned too high and caused some of the destruction.

      I don’t know about the Polynesian princess. Must be someone he met over there. About the contradictions, sometimes he learns and gets clarifications of his own misunderstandings. Can you point out specifics and I’ll see what he has to say?
