Channeling Erik

September21st

Ah, today is bittersweet. This, the day of Erik’s birth, conjures up joyful memories as well as a deep sense of loss. What do I give a boy who has given his life for us? What gift could possibly do justice to a young man who loved and still loves so deeply? He is not here to lavish with birthday kisses and hugs, not even birthday spankings (which many of you might agree the little prankster deserves from time to time.)

Do I say, ‘Rest in Peace, My Love?’ We who are familiar with Erik know that resting is not in the realm of “Erik behavior.”  Maybe there just aren’t any words. But for all of the insight, the wisdom, the sacrifice, the love, the friendship, and the companionship he has shared with this wonderful family, I don’t know what more I can do except light a candle for him and continue to love him with all of my heart and soul. Happy birthday, Pumpkin.

Please enjoy this video of Erik’s first day on Earth, and make note of his very first little prank!

Soulful

By the way, I just received this message from Erik through Jason:

“I’ve had lots of birthdays, Lots of memories. Lots of lives, But, Any memory totally fails when compared to what I feel from you right now. Your love is way better than any thing I’ve ever experienced.”

Sung to the tune of “Happy Birthday” ….

    Happy Birthday to you
    Our master prankster so cool
We should give you a big gift now
And a splash in the pool

You make us laugh and look up
    Hold our nose or hiccup
Now blow out those trick candles
No, you can’t drive my truck!

We love the things that you do
You makes us laugh and then drool
    Without all your inspiration
We don’t know what we’d do

Eat your cake and pipe down
    Our favorite heaven sent clown
    Our thanks to you always
    We really want you around.

So to close we’ll just say
    Eat organic farm hay
    Jump the fences and whinny
    Celebrate this fine day!

Happy Birthday Erik, we love you.

happy birthday Erik. I’m curious to know if Erik has met or has knowlege of all the various Erik incarnations happening at the same time? Can Erik still influence the Eric before he passed on in this latest incarnation? Does he know how he began? Is there an Erik that’s stuck in a lower plane that needs help? And I guess the biggest question I have is does he care about any of these things? When we leave this plane do we actively pursue any of these questions or do we just get thrown into an eternal present where all this stuff becomes irrelevant?

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

Great questions, Anna! I’ll ask or perhaps one of the CE family channelers will answer these! (Every time I write “The CE Family Channelers,” I can’t help but think “The Von Trapp Family Singers.” Sigh.)

I’m sure Erik will be enjoying some birthday pranks on those blog members he is with the most.

On a side note, I was at the metaphysical bookstore today with my daughter who is 21 months. A lady at the store, who is a reader, was looking at her and said she looked like a fairy. I really don’t have much knowledge about fairies so I did a search and came across this link http://voiceoftheangels.com/spiritualforum/index.php?PHPSESSID=kr10fisr95ip87qn2joevesbt6&topic=23.5;wap2

The author gives an explanation angels, arch angels, ascended masters and more. I was wondering if anyone could provide their two cents on the article and if is is close to being accurate.

    Erik,

You have my permission to come and push over my kitty anytime you want.

Erik and cats. An endless source of play. Sigh.

      Aw! So are you!!

  • http://sites.google.com/site/kookyspookyookyjournal/home Jason

Hi there Elisa and Anna; Jason here. Here is what Erik says in response to Anna’s questions.

“Sup Anna. Thanks for the Birthday wishes everyone.

So yeah; This should give some comfort and (chuckle) confusion. Everyone is multidimensional right? Well if your into that, I can tell you that every part of you past present and future is a conscious awareness, and yet is a part of a collective consciousness that is you, and takes part of intertwining awareness’s from other consciousnesses. It’s a interweaving of life, light, and love. And while expanding outward also folds back in on yourself/ ourselves as our focus shifts. This focus is emotional thought that is generated in creative creation. This is the big “who am I” that we are all trying to figure, but feel, and show each other, show ourselves. So yeah, each life you’ve lived, will live and living right now are all connected in continuous existence. You really can heal the past and learn from the future. The thing is; your awareness. As you experience what you remember through each incarnation, or dimensional experience you gain or incorporate greater and greater understanding of who you are in everything. Your connections. This causes expansion and more awareness, that compounds in on yourself. So you will always become more and more. It’s pretty much impossible to fail at being you. That’s like saying God failed or the Universe sucks. Cause well, that’s just limiting bull. It don’t matter how you understand this, or think about it, but if you can just for a moment hold in your mind the knowing promise that you are more than, you are perfect, and you will experience everything you need to even if you can’t see it. You will feel a greater more expansive connection with every part of you. This is a self fulfilling knowledge that you can count on as a promise. So really beginnings are great for entertainment and make for fascinating tales, but really the beginning of you is always now. The only ending is the limiting thoughts that get nursed into belief and felt through individual perception. You always help, you always heal, you always learn, you always move to a greater understanding of U! So stuck is relative to perception. To the whole of all the aspects of your soul there is opportunity in each perception, each view, each experience. What is done with that is always valued, and totally depends on the free will of the that part of you experiencing it. How much anyone cares totally depends on all of our intent. Remember each part of us has an expanding awareness that evolves in individual conscious and unconscious cooperation. And when you know of each expanding connection you can then act on it to experience it with others connections to you. This is where whole societies and planets evolve and change and create in mass. You can keep working on this when you cross over depending on how much you have experienced and taken to heart and understand. Your in-charge. You are never irrelevant. You are always more! More love. More to love. Always worth it. Love you all!”

Happy Birthday Erik!!! I will eat cake and play very loud music to celebrate!

My mother had the best tradition any time someone had a baby – she always bought a special gift for the new Mama, since she basically did all the work ;-) It’s a tradition I continue with my friends and family, so Elisa, congratulations to you for bringing an amazing soul to this earth plane! You are part of a bigger plan that has brought us all together.

    Happy Birthday and Thank you!!!

    Love,

    True

    Dear Elisa,
Thank you for this site. Your birthday post is poignant to me. My son attempted suicide just a few days after Erik took his life in 2009. Our date is October 11. At the time my son Michael (who was 17) was given a glascow coma score of 3, and I had a conversation with him when he coded for 20 minutes or so (I found out later through hospital records about the 20 minutes of resuscitation while we waited). During that time, I experienced him in the upper corner of the room where we were, saying “Mom, it’s so good here, and I’m so happy.” I said to him in my mind, “I understand that, but I think you need to come back. I think you have more to do here. I realize that is between you and God, but I think you need to come back.” He did eventually come out of the coma and live, and even has a full measure of life. He had hung himself and his brain was without oxygen for about 10 minutes, so he has lasting disabilities, but in so many ways his life is full. His personality is markedly different, and it is as though one son died and now I have a different one. We call October 11 his “2nd birthday,” and I told him he is lucky because most people only have one. Birthdays are poignant, for sure. I don’t understand why things happen as they do, but I know they bless us no matter what, if we just keep the possibility open for the love to flood in, which it does without fail.

Thank you for sharing your story and giving yourself so generously (and thank you Erik, for doing the same).
    Blessings,
    Christine

    Hello,

Patrick, what a wonderful poem. It really sums up Erik and how we all interact with him.

Jason, thanks for sharing that wonderful message from Erik. It sure sums up a lot of things I have been curious about myself. Funny how he ties everything up in a neat little bow. Breaks it down to make it simple to understand. You don’t have to be a physics major to understand what he’s saying. :)

Elisa, I think Erik summed it up right there, “Your love is way better than any thing I’ve ever experienced.” Love cannot be bought with money, nor taken away. The bond between you crosses all boundries, time and space. And your love is the one great gift you can continue to give him even with him in spirit. What better gift is there than love? **hug**

Last but not least, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ERIK!!!!!

    -Stanley

I sang a chorus of ‘Happy Birthday’ to my dear pal Erik. My voice is a little croaky though, got one of those end of Summer colds.

Elisa, you look so glamorous for a woman giving birth. I thought it was Princess Diana! Had to look twice! You is what we call a Yummy Mummy!!

Keep on the lookout for a parcel from Erik XXX

Hi Elisa, Erik and CE family,
Happy belated birthday Erik, and thank you for whatever part you had in giving me a validation! This is what happened, Forever Family Foundation had a guest physic medium on, who offers 1 e-mail question for $11.11, so I composed my question and sent it off, while doing so I was talking to my loved one, have you met Erik Medhus yet, and if I see the word pumpkin I will know you are listening to me, etc… So clicked out of that site, and decided to look at the CE blog, read it, did a double take when I saw Elisa, how you signed that post! Thank You too, for your part in this validation for me. It is pumpkin season, my loved one and I always grew pumpkins on our farm,(I continue to), because they bring smiles to peoples’ faces, thanks for bringing one to mine!

    • http://drmedhus.com Elisa

SO COOL!!!!!! And I don’t use the word “pumpkin” that often!

Happy Belated Birthday cheeky Erik, hope your day was special, did you celebrate it in any way?
Elisa and family, I can imagine the bitter sweet of the day and there is little anyone can ever do or say to change that other than send you lots of love and prayers.
If it is any comfort, without Erik’s amazing birth, life and transition home again so many of us would have missed out on the insight and peace Erik and you all have brought to our lives. I completely believe everything is with a reason, no accidents, no coincidence. Erik and you all have a very special role to play is many, many lives.
Sending you all lots of love and gratitude, hugs and prayers, Stacey
