I think it’s important to remember that after leaving this plane, some go to an area to rest, some go to an area that’s like a “retreat”, some go to an area that’s like a hospital, and even those souls who don’t “take a detour” on their way home may need to first learn how to connect with us denser folks. And grief is very dense. We even say ourselves that sometimes we feel “light”, which is just lighter, ’cause us dense ones aren’t at the higher vibration as those who have cast off their bodies. Delores Cannon’s book, “Between Death and Life” summarizes it all so well, and it’s an easy read because it is a record of conversations during “between lifes” regressions. It’s really rich with information for 241 pages. Well worth reading. My aunt and uncle were married for nearly 50 years. When he died I had a lucid dream about him shortly afterward, and my aunt said a neighbor came to her saying she had a message from him for her. She herself felt no contact, but I bet he was there. He was devoted to her. But he probably couldn’t get through the thick “goo” around her because of her grief.
