Channeling Erik

Long time blog member, True, shared a heartwarming story about our boy, Erik, doing what he seems to thoroughly enjoy lately: chilln’ with someone from the Channeling Erik family. As he did in life, he makes good company.

A few weeks ago, I had to go down to San Diego for the day for some meetings.  As I was getting ready in the morning, I said aloud, “Hey Erik – do you want to go to San Diego with me today?  You should really drive down with me – we’ll pass the ocean and one of the best surfing beaches on the West Coast” – he enthusiastically replied – “Hell Yeah” – told him to hang tight and I would let him know when it’s time to leave.
We spent the ride “talking” about music – an Eagle’s song came on and I told him how much I love that band – told him to listen to the guitars – he agreed they are really good.  As we got closer to San Diego, the ocean is very clearly in view from the freeway and it was an exquisite day.  I told him how much I love being on this planet and he told me how glad he was to be done with it but that he appreciated seeing the ocean and smelling the ocean air through me.  I told him that the true sadness I feel for him and his tough journey in this last life is tempered by knowing how joyful his life is now – and how his work with you is so important – he graciously agreed and thanked me for acknowleding that about him.  Then he noted that I’ve been on this plane a lot and that I must really love it or I’m kind of dense and can’t figure out how to get it right – just like a little brother.
When we hit north San Diego county, there were military exercises going on in the water – I’m not sure if they were Marines or Navy because both have very large bases down there.  There was a helicopter hovering in the sky above the water and soldiers in scuba suits and gear were jumping out of the helicopter into the water – I could feel the biggest energy surge in my chest – he was so excited!!!  He told me he had never seen such a thing – then he got quiet and just focused on it until they were out of sight.
When I got to my office, I invited Erik to sit in on some meetings, see what I do for a living – and he immerdiately replied. “BORING – SO not interested…..”  And I told him that was cool, and thanked him for riding down with me that morning and being very good company.

Sure sounds like Erik, eh? At least he didn’t monopolize the radio! Thanks for sharing this, True!

That’s a great story. I have so much envy for our fellow bloggers who can easily channel. I find it so difficult. I have had dream visits with Erik though and once again, I followed the van with Erik on the back and, of course, he’s taken on the impossible task of teachin me guitar! He is such a busy boy ! xxx

    That is great! :)
I had a day a couple weeks ago where my husband and 3y.o. son and I, as well as my sister in law and their 2 y.o., went hiking a little bit on one of our beautiful trails with a section that has a big hill of red sand as the trail winds upward. I had that same surge of energy in my stomach & tingly energy & I thought “Erik’s here!” I was stoked that he wanted to come play outside with the little dudes :) With a lot of spiritual stuff I have a hard time knowing what is me and what isn’t me (i know i know, you just go with it, but my own inner voice is pretty loud!) but that feeling of super energy & happiness combined with a little bit of nausea (kind of a rollercoastery feeling) is pretty distinct :)
    Cheers and happy Sunday!

You probably channel really well, Tracy, but just mistake what you’re hearing from your guides as your own thoughts. : )

Good thing that trip wasn’t two weeks ago…he would have had Chris, too! Chris loved the ocean. When he was about 2 we were headed to the beach and as a toddler, of course he fell asleep for the ride. We were about a 1/2 block away from the beach and Chris sat up in his carseat and said, “I smell the ocean!”. He kept the love of the water his entire life. I think Erik would have been in the back seat for the trip…Chris would have had shotgun, for sure.

Our loved ones who have passed into Spirit are with us more than most of us are aware of. I can certainly understand the rollercoaster/seasickness feeling, Jane! Warning: that feeling is much more intense when there is an Angelic presence! When an Angel appeared (I only felt it but my Medium-friend described it) in my room to give me an important message, the energy built up over three days and then took the same time to dissipate! Boy, did I feel strange, and I couldn’t work out what was going on at first. All I knew beforehand was that it was good. The Angel helped my Mum and Dad to come through, and my friend’s face transfigured to my Mum’s. I nearly dropped the tea I had gone into the kitchen to prepare, as connecting is thirsty work! Wow!

I just love San Diego. I almost moved there ten years ago. Thanks for sharing that, True. Definitely sounds like Erik was with you!

Funny story – I was chatting with Robert yesterday (he sounds much better- he is hearing spirit again!) and we were talking about how men are such dogs. Then how we really liked dogs. According to Robert, Erik started barking.
Erik teases us CONSTANTLY and chimes in on our conversations. It’s very funny. Of course I don’t hear this but Robert hears Erik loud and clear.

Thanks Jane S.A! That is so cool you connected to an angel! I would love that. I also am going to do my best to see them. My husband said Jason mentioned that the nausea part is a sign of the chakras changing and opening up the first couple times you connect, and that that part dissapates as you continue connecting. Has that been your experience?

This is unrelated, but I wanted to share it nonetheless. I was in the Breast Cancer unit at Morristown Memorial Hospital today. Fortunately, my mom had a clean mamo with no tumors (she had a early Grade 2 locally removed last year, refusing masectomy, radiation and their drug cocktail. Instead, she does qi gong every morning for her specific problem and is apparently healthy as a horse!). Any way, I was in there with my sister in the waiting room, and there were all these women in there in these gowns, and I just wanted to do something for them…they were fine, but I just wanted to linger and be with them. They were all different ages, one was quite old and very spirited. This to me is spiritual. I hate hospitals, I really do, but I did not want to leave, and my sister felt the same way…

John, you are a wonderful soul. Maybe we can send our love and healing lasers to them every day at noon for a while. We’ve been doing that for Erik, and I plan to ask him (through Jamie) tomorrow if he felt any effect. Maybe that’s one of the things the CE family is meant to do–to heal pockets of those in need with our “frickin’ lasers.”

    Elisa,

That is such a great idea. I will make a note of doing so (EST, lol). Thank you for that, you are very, very sweet.
