Channeling Erik

Here’s a great introduction on EFT. The first 8 minute long video explains the science behind it, and the second one is an introduction to the tapping technique. A mere 18 minutes long, you all can try it for yourselves. For me, the results were no less than stunning. The memory I worked on was the sense of despondency over Erik’s death. Let me know how it works on you!

I am so excited to see this combined with the channeling. I belong to a group called thrivingnow.com and have gotten so much help from EFT. I was terrified of hospitals because I’d had so many surgeries as a child. I recently went through 2 cataract surgeries and did wonderfully because they helped me with EFT. Now I am sleeping in bed a full 7 hours after years of insomnia. This stuff really works. Thank you for posting it and Elisa I’m so glad it is working for you too! Hugs, Jean Maurie

I know, Jean Maurie! It’s amazing! And it looks like there are lots of reputable scientific double blind controlled studies to support its use in many situations: depression, chronic pain, migraines, anxiety (especially test anxiety and phobias,) PTSD, etc.

i found this long ago and tried it. Seemed to work for a little while as I recall, but i wasn’t good with follow through. Also I didn’t have the video which gives a better focus to follow. Thanks for this Elisa -

I am trying this now. Thank you for sharing this!

And just think, there are untold number of people who have gone through Freudian therapy all their lives, spent fortunes, and not been helped.

You know, Elisa, once you and Erik produce your serious book about the Unfettered Life, in your spare time (!) you could do a book of fun stuff about famous people and unanswered questions surrounding them:

Article on cnn.com about where pets go when they die. I have to laugh; the media is ONE STEP BEHIND Elisa’s blog all the time! LOL

Just TRY to keep up with Erik! I dare you!

Now, now…don’t go praising him too much. He’s great for info on the Unfettered Life, computer repair, up-to-the minute advice on the state of the art of psychology, but he’s a LOUSY cook. Till he gets beyond Marshmallow Fluff, I’m not asking him for any recipes! Cowabunga!

Haha, Skoshi! You’re a funny girl!

Yes. I learned similar tapping points back in 1996 as well as EMDR. Thanks for the reminder. I just did the exercise with the video. I am curious to see what comes of it. At one point during the video I had a nice, unprompted exhalation.
