Donna…that is a GREAT idea! There is so much we can learn about the afterlife from Eric. He seems to be so emotionally available and genuine. And, I agree that it could help Elisa with her book and help all of us at the same time.

We could all submit questions, then Elisa could narrow them down because I am sure a lot of them would be repetitive.

One thing I would really like to know is if Eric’s perspective has changed as far as how he looks at the Earth, it’s inhabitants and how we all fit into the grand scheme of things. In other words…has his knowledge and perspective expanded or is he the same basic person with a somewhat limited perspective still searching for answers.

Oh, I agree, Donna. The Ask Erik questions are just to help those people specifically, but of course others can learn from the information as well. I want to know more about the bigger reality: about God, time, a soul’s abilities, how we create reality, etc. That’s what the book will be about. It’ll be Erik, our inside man in the afterlife, different from highly evolved entities like Seth or Abraham because he’s more on our level, a flawed but loving being.

Hi Elisa,
I think it would be great if you could have people ask Erik some general questions for a bit that would benefit us all. For example: how is time different there; can you try to explain that to help us understand? Or: what do you look like in spirit? I think for months now Erik has definitely shown he can help get us answers, but truly we can make our own appointments to talk with Kim or Jamie or any others you suggest. I know it can be expensive, but I just saved $10 a week until I had the money. I had a session last week. I’d really like to know much more about what happens in heaven, what it’s like, etc. Those were always my most favorite of your posts. Also, your readership is growing like crazy and it will just be impossible to get to everyone which might make you feel badly. I’m sure all of us could come up with a list of questions that would help us to understand things better and give us some comfort/quell fears about death. Maybe you could have a master list of general questions we could all ask and then you can knock out a few a session so you have more time to just talk to Erik about whatever :) I would think you could use those answers for an entire chapter in your book!! I really feel strongly about this. When I read these kinds of books I rush to sections that ask questions about the afterlife and I skim chapters that are transcripts of readings about people I don’t know. Let me know what you think. :) hugs

When I worked hospice in NY, I had a woman who had bone cancer. She became very frightened one night, saying peppers were in the oven and burning and would start a fire if we didn’t get them out. The nurse said the cancer had reached her brain and was triggering experiences.

When I worked hospice in VA, one of our patients was dying of ovarian cancer and was halucinating. I thought the cancer might have gone to her brain, but the nurse said it was the type of pain meds she was on. The woman told me she was seeing men “made out of broccoli”.

Another woman who was on pain meds told me she could see a brick wall, and the wall was moving because it contained people made of bricks who were trapped in the walls.

A man I worked with had end stage Alzheimers. He had been a kind, brilliant man…a dean of chemistry. He thought he was at college getting ready for a board meeting and told his nurse and me: you girls are going to get in trouble. When we asked him why, he said, you’d better get those photocopies made in time for the meeting. He didn’t recognize his wife of 37 years and gave her a black eye when she tried to help him with the toilet because he didn’t understand and was afraid of her.

All these people had periods of lucidity (even the man who was SO no longer himself), but none of them should be making a Will.

dear Elisa, pls ask Eric if he has met Karl Umrigar and Meher Baba in the world beyond- because if they communicate in the other world with each other they could form an awesome combination and help to re-write the rules of communications between this world and the world beyond- pls google about Nan Umrigar – and her books – sounds of silence, and listening to the silence- this is very important for you-

dear Elisa, we pray that Eric”s soul will happily serve this world with his great knowledge and experience- through you- I am reminded of a similar event and book that took place in the life of Nan Umrigar- her book – sounds of silence and listening to the silence- pls google about it- you will love the books – and they will help you to ask eric more pertinent questions that could help us in this world- regards— i have created a fan page on facebook – called Nan Umrigar- listening to the silence- pls join it- i have got 1250 fans already for it- i might be able to do similar work for you and Eric too-
