Ask Erik: Bonnie’s Question
Hey all,
I mentioned in a comment that Kim’s 2:00 PM appointment canceled for today so when her husband called me to ask if I wanted it, I jumped at the chance. I was so excited at the thought of getting to more of your questions. But when I called at the appointed time, she informed me that she was really suffering form a terrible sinus headache. Doing mediumship work must be very taxing to the energy. Can everyone send her healing thoughts? Pretty please?
And now for Bonnie’s question:
Bonnie’s Question
Hi Elisa
This is a fantastic and fascinating blog.
My question is for my grandpa who died a couple of years ago following a long battle with Parkinson’s. He leaves my grandma, who is 92. He was the kindest man i have ever met and the most gentle. I didn’t get to say goodbye and I’d like to. I’d also like to make sure he’s ok.
Thank you – I know you must be overwhelmed with questions. Mine isn’t any sort of tragedy, I know, but I would love for you to add it to the pile.
Grandpa was named K.B, from the UK. Grandpa was 86 when he died
Best wishes

Me: Let’s see. The next one comes from Bonnie. She wants to ask how her grandfather, K.B. is doing. He died a couple of years ago from Parkinson’s. She wants to know if he’s okay.
Erik: He had an interesting time in World War II. Very distinguished! Distinguished man. He’s over here. He holds court.
Me: Huh?
Erik: He acts as a judge.
Me: I thought there wasn’t any judgment there.
Erik: Wait a sec. Um. He works to—like, like a mediator. Like a mediator.
Me: Oh, okay.
Erik: He works as a mediator settling disputes, and the disputes aren’t between spiritual beings. No, the disputes are between human beings and their guardian angels. Like, a guardian angel might be stuck on what kind of decision to make if the human being isn’t resolving an issue. So they go to spirits like K.B. who acts as a mediator.
Me: Angelic tech support, I guess?
Erik: Yep! He’s incredibly wise, distinguished, enlightened. He has all the best qualities that all of us are working towards.
Me: Wow!
Erik: This was K.B.’s last lifetime. One of his most amazing qualities was that he could pick himself up by the bootstraps no matte what shit happened to him and continue to move forward step by step by step with a positive attitude. He always wanted to be of service to others. Mention that to Bonnie and she’ll understand.
Me: Oh, okay.
Erik: Yeah, that’ll make a lot of sense to her. He is available to speak to her and she can talk to him herself without using a medium or anything. Everyone can do that, actually. He’s held in the same regard as Jesus over here on the Heavenly plane! So not only was he n amazing man over there, he’s also held in high regard over here.
I feel like I’ve had a brush with angelic royalty now. Bonnie, all I can say is you sure come from good stock!
Me: Wow, talk about knowing people in high places!

vibrations sent, whomever is reading this also send healing energy out to Rebecca age 48 in Mesa,Arizona.
Consider it done!
“He’s held in the same regard as Jesus over here on the Heavenly plane!”
I’m sure you can understand Elisa when I say that statement is pretty troubling for many reasons.
Why? Can there not be others who are as enlightened? I think Jesus was a highly evolved soul
And there can certainly be others in my humble opinion
Some are in the afterlife and some are on the earthly plane. I think Jesus even said something along those lines but I can’t remember what it was.
Jesus is the son of God and as part of the Trinity, IS God, equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. No mere man can come close to that status of the one who gained for us eternal salvation and life. Remember the term, Homoousios? No one can approach that.
Hi Condor, I think anytime anyone is compared to Jesus it causes a stir, remember John Lennon’s statement about popularity? Perhaps what Erik may have been referring to is the spiritual qualities of Bonnie’s grandfather. We really don’t have much to compare to such a high level of spiritual evolution. Like Carol Tuttle once said, every time someone of such a high vibration incarnates, we kill them! There are other souls like the one who came to us in the form of Jesus, I think it’s just a point of reference Erik is making that most people will understand. If anyone gets wound up about it, maybe they need to do some personal evaluating. Just a thought.
Oh my God, you’re right. We do kill them. Why? Maybe it’s because they have such courage to impart truths despite an unwillingness of the masses to open the mind? I may be wrong but I also think there are two aspects or truths to Jesus: the Divine or absolute truth and that which is devised or massaged by man. I think Jesus was a guardian angel sent as a healer and teacher. He is at the pinnacle of evolution that we are all capable of reaching which He has also said.
I hope Kim is rested and feeling better! Bonnie, your grandfather sounds like an amazing man! Thanks Erik – you rock!!
Jesus would probably not recognize what he has been turned into on earth, we have to remember that the worlds/dimensions beyond ours hold so much that our human minds may never fathom. I speak with love, and willingly open myself to the universe. Is that too Star Trek? My sense of humor has survived that ages. Lol
Yes, Jahmaiah, I agree. Organized religion, which is basically man’s attempt to interpret, convey, share, and yes, sometimes control and exploit. Over the centuries, man has massaged the idea of Jesus almost beyond recognition. Some have done so because messages naturally become distorted as the pass from mouth to mouth, mind to mind, century to century, but some have done so to control and sway the masses, sadly.
might have been: “as I do these thing, so will all of you” JC
Yes Craig!!! That’s the one. We can all evolve to the level K.B., Jesus, Buddha, and other greats.
K.B. reminded me of the woman who had mentored the still-carnate young man who is in the military. What a wonderful privilege for her to be a teacher and mentor of carnate individuals and for K.B. to be a mentor and teacher of angels! When I heard about the woman, I wondered if she was in training for a teaching position there once she no longer returns here. Condor might enjoy reading one of Delores Cannon’s several books about Jesus. She has regressed people who knew him when he was on the earth. The book is “Jesus and the Essenes”. I’ve read the Bible through many times, and was always puzzled by the references to the Essenes and having so little knowledge of them. When I was looking on the bookshelves for that book, to be sure I got the title right, I saw “Love Beyond Life: The Healing Power of After-Death Communications” by Martin and Romanowski. Some blog readers would enjoy that too. Love to all, Skoshi
I just got a couple of Dolores Cannon books a reader recommended: The Convoluted Universe and another one I can’t remember the name of. I’ll check out the others.
“God dwells in you as you”- Sri Ramana Maharshi
I agree. this space is here for us to grow and learn, we are going to come across information that is not easily processed, if we find that , it is time to do some personal evaluation, oh my god I can hear our minds cracking open, and its far past due. This forum is so fruitful, and I hope that it is never poisoned by ego. if ego happens to find it’s way, we must continue to show our fellow souls love, and hope that they can part ways with their egos. My ego is waning, its almost on its last breath. : )
I know, Jahmaiah. My ego drew it’s last agonal breath. Good riddance, I say. I think the ego wanes when we learn to see the big picture, to see that there are so many people who are in pain and need our help. For me, my ego after making mistake after mistake and surviving in spite of them and it also waned after I had children. There is something humbling and ego crushing about being a parent. That was the first time I realized that love was so much more important than any desires my ego could ever voice. I realized what an amazing honor it is to have children, spirits in the purest of forms, and guide them to adulthood. The ego’s pride and demands had not place in my heart after that. My heart was too filled with love and respect.
Condor,
I’m still having problems reconciling myself to the fact that supposedly there’s no hell or satan. I was raised Southern Baptist my whole life. That’s an awful lot to swallow at one time! I can certainly understand your comment.
It is difficult to reconcile different religious beliefs with spirituality, but if we examine it very closely, or perhaps the opposite–if we look at it from afar, I bet we’d find that we’re not that far apart.
Condor, that is a religious belief. There have been many Christ Conciousness entities that have graced our planet, including Jesus.
You are certainly welcome to your beliefs, but they will likely clash with the information that is coming back to us from NDE’s, past life regression/hypnosis, mediums, psychics, etc. That information is lining up with incredible consistency. Consistency you won’t even find between the hundreds of different versions of Christianity.
I do respect your religious beliefs, but you may find yourself disagreeing with us if you are locked into your own beliefs as the “only” beliefs.
Go in peace Elisa, and remember, “Do no harm.”
First do no harm, very important for me as a physician. Sometimes it’s hard to know what does harm and what doesn’t.
Just a thought. Maybe we can all agree that there will be times when we will disagree? Condor was candid enough to speak what he “feels and thinks”. In an environment such as this blog I thought we were all here for the same purpose..to grow and learn from each other. Erik threw out a very BIG statement and Condor found it to be troubling. It “is” a controversial statement and bound to make one go “hmm”.. There appears to be a lot of ego in the responses to Condor’s statement as most of them are trying to make “their” point. I am not agreeing or disagreeing with anyones statement or response, just concerned about the tone of the responses.
Totally agree Debbie. Condor’s statement didn’t bother me in the least. Controversy is wonderful because it provokes thought and an evaluation of our belief system. I will say that we ll must be careful how we interpret comments because the written word is often misconstrued. It cannot convey tone, intention or emotion like oral communication can, so what may seem serious might just be replete with sarcasm, etc. Emails and text messages are notorious for this. If we can find a way to include the intentions behind the message, it’ll save a lot of grief. I love Condor and all of you for your honesty and bravery. Remember, everyone, it is not our job to judge. That’s up to the Universe.
Yeah, I feel like I spent my entire childhood trying to prove my religious beliefs, it is so exhausting, an was probably the source of much anxiety, it’s not easy opening ones mind, and is certainly not a requisite to appreciating this blog. I feel like we are all connected on here, and hope that we never throw rocks, theres is enough of that in our everyday lives.
Yes, we must throw love and acceptance. This and other similar blogs can embrace all walks of life, all beliefs. That’s what love is all about, right? We can learn from each other and love each other, cherry pick what we believe, what we wish to mull over, what we know we need to cast aside, but without casting aside the messenger, ever.
Debbie,
I have always had difficulty believing in hell and satan. My father was a “holy roller” preacher. When I was very small and someone was referred to as God Fearing I just figured I misunderstood what they were saying because it didn’t make sense.
Me too, Denise. I was raised as a Catholic. In fact, my great uncle was Cardinal of Spain (Vidal Barraquer)! But I always had some doubt about God being merciful on one hand and angrily smiting people on the other hand. I think God is Love. His greatest gift to us is Love and next to that, free will. Maybe the Hell and Satan they refer to are internal: the inner dragons that challenge our free will?
For those that are drawn to these letters. One is channelled from Christ and it’s really deep (I think you’ll like them Elisa goes into the big bang theory and all- what happened to Jesus while he was in the dessert, karma, being reincarnated etc.) but they answered a lot of questions for me and maybe they will for you too on this topic…
This is the main website http://www.christsway.co.za/
Check out the letters:

OK and the other channeled letters I’ve been wanting to share really cool and talk about what Erik shares too.

I read these last on the sacred text website but couldn’t find them there this time. But if you’re like me and like to read this site has some awesome e-books.

Love food for thought! ;)
The second ones talk more about what Bonnie’s question has to do with I think anyways.
Hope everyone has a great day!

How do you find this great stuff, Shawna? Just got back from the hospital, so I’ll read them tomorrow. My mom had a perforated bowel (4 AM) and had to have surgery. Been a long day!
Wow Shawna, I read a few pages, my eyes can’t read fast enough, taking a break to let you know these links are very much appreciated. Can’t wait to share them with fellow seekers.
Please share this with Kim. Being trained in the energy healing realm, there is a trick I learned to block taking on other people’s energy that causes physical pain in the body. This is defined as being empathic. Anyone can and should do this and I recommend it be done daily before leaving the house. I am very sensitive and tend to take on others pain unintentionally. This tool has saved me many times and when I forget, the consequences can be derailing.
Simply stated you “zip up”. Start at the pubic bone, 2 to 3 inches out from the body, and direct the hand upward to the lips, as if you are zipping up a zipper. Do this 3 times in a row and after the last stroke ending at the lips, twist the wrist as if you are locking a lock and this will result in an imaginary, but very realistic seal or block that will repel any energy that could result in a manifestation of physical pain.
It works, it really does! Try it!
I will definitely send this to her. It feels right. I think a lot of people on this blog are highly sensitive and intuitive so many could use this! Thanks, Tiffany!
Hi there! I seem to be attracted to some really cool stuff and find some real treasures-like your website! I hope that if some of the stuff I share here isn’t right for some they will just please dis-regard it. I just feel like sharing because there is so much great sharing here!
I have been on some cool websites and others have shared some great things with me. Some great ning sites are women of spirit, spirit rescuers, native spirits, psyhic-awareness 6th sense connection those are some great sites with great sharing there, they used to be free but now they cost a small fee, but are all well worth it. And there are some awesome people on those sites as well.
Hope your mom is doing well. Sending her healing vibes!
Love & Light,
Shawna
Hi Tiffany,
Thanks for sharing that about Empaths and your tip. I’m going to try that. Usually I just imagine that I am in a bubble and that works for me. This is something I found on Empath from a blog that has to do with what you are talking about.
Posted by Catherine on Pyschic Awareness-6th Sense Connection site and felt this explained me too.
I am an Empath. I was born an Empath, but no one put a word to it until two years ago. A spiritual advisor told me she believed I was one, and I googled it to see what it meant to be an Empath. Every single word explained me.
Maybe you are an Empath also.
Following are some common characteristics:
EMPATHS are sensitive to the feelings of others. They can actually feel another’s pain,
and heal it in some way. Since empaths pick up on the feelings of others, there is a great understanding and ability to “see” another person.
I can feel if someone has positive or negative energy towards me. I feel the two-faced.
Therefore, I will ignore these types of people, and watch in wonderment how others don’t see their negative energy or ill intentions.
Adults, animals, and children will tune into an Empath’s energy and tend to
gravitate towards them knowing they are safe with this empathetic person.
Empaths are very expressive personalities, as well as, great listeners.
They are often seen counseling and not just professionally.
Empaths will find themselves helping others out while putting their own
needs aside.
Sometimes, an empath will need to withdraw from the outside world
to be alone and to daydream. I do this when I’ve pushed myself too hard
trying to multitask and do too much. Also, I don’t mind being on a stage, but
I am very uncomfortable in a huge crowd.
Empaths are passionate towards nature, beauty, animals and children. Animals and young children are especially attracted and drawn to the Empath’s qualities. There tends to be an immediate connection.
Empaths make great friends or lovers for life, but are literally crushed if the friendship or relationship is abused. As they experience many abuses and heartaches, they will learn to be more selective in friends and lovers.
Empaths may have a large circle of friends. Unfortunately, they generally only have
a few trusted ones. People come and go in and out of their life.
Empaths attract jealousy in others because of their many talents, loving nature and natural ability to get along with and network with so many people. The jealousy will
hurt an Empath as they really cannot comprehend this behavior, or lack of compassionate understanding.
Empaths often promote the talents of others before their own. Empaths
are usually facially expressive as well expressive with their emotions and feelings.
Talking openly and honestly on all topics is characteristic of an Empath. This characteristic of mine is obvious from my blogs.
Because Empaths are frequently the recipient of listening to others problems they often retreat into the quiet of their minds eye. Oftentimes, the need to block out others is
great so that the energy balance is restored. This is why “alone time” is important for
“recharging our batteries.”
Empaths tend to be peacemakers, are non aggressive and non violent.
There is an acute sensitivity to violence of any kind on television, films,
and especially in “real life” situations. Any infliction of pain or violence to others, especially animals and children will cause the Empath to feel physically ill and retreat. Oftentimes the
memories of those images will replay in their mind again and again.
I cannot sleep if I see violence or abuse of any kind on television or in a movie before I go to bed. It may cause nightmares, or it just may replay over and over in my mind preventing restful sleep.
Therefore, I tend to watch romantic comedies or nonsense television just for fun.
I was amazed to discover that I was a true empath. Maybe you just discovered that you are as well.
This is the ability I use most when I read cards or any of the other divination arts.
I use feeling and emotion instead of the logical and rational.
Blame it on my Cancer Rising and Grand Water Trine, or so an astrologist told me years ago.
Love and Light,
Catherine
your Mistress of Inspiration
This all sounds like me too, even my TV and movie prefs!!
Hi Shawna! Yes, I am empathic. I learned this over the last few years in my training, as well as through my experiences with pain and signals in my body. The trick is to learn how to decipher which is your own pain or which is others that you are taking on. Thank you for all of your information!
Yay! You’re back!!!!
